Order Processing

Once payment is verified, your order enters our fulfillment workflow within 1 to 2 business days. We operate Monday through Friday; orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are picked up first thing the next business morning.

If anything affects your order's timeline — inventory, verification, or otherwise — we'll contact you proactively before shipment.


Domestic Delivery

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 4 to 7 business days from the ship date. Florida-based customers and those across the Southeast corridor often see deliveries arrive on the shorter end of that window. Shipments to the West Coast and non-contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii) may require additional transit time.

Carrier-estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not binding guarantees.


International Shipping

As an internationally oriented business, D-Coded International Us may offer shipping beyond U.S. borders on select products. International delivery timeframes and applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees vary by destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates

Applicable shipping charges are presented at checkout and calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. No fees are added after purchase confirmation.


Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking information typically goes live within 24 hours of carrier pickup. If your confirmation email hasn't arrived within 3 business days of your order, reach out and we'll investigate promptly.


Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address at checkout. D-Coded International Us, LLC cannot be held liable for shipments that are delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors submitted by the customer.

Address changes after order submission are not always possible — contact us immediately at 786 682 5175 if a correction is needed.


Issues Upon Delivery

Damaged goods:
Preserve all original packaging and photograph the damage before handling the item further. Email your order number and images to info@doecie.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.

Package not received despite delivery confirmation:
Check all delivery spots at your address and with anyone present. If you still can't locate it, get in touch within 5 business days of the carrier's delivery timestamp — we'll file a trace investigation right away.
